    During sales and holidays -- due to holiday-related longer postal times and increased inclement winter weather -- your orders may take a bit longer to ship. Do not be alarmed if your package seems to be moving slower than usual, and please be prepared to give a bit of extra time for your items to arrive. 

     We definitely understand and apologize for any frustration associated with this -- we never want to make you wait any longer than necessary for something you and your pup are excited for. Please know that we’re working our absolute hardest to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. We know that all those soon-to-be-had tail wags are going to make it well worth the wait!

    Here is what you can expect:

    • In the 48 Contiguous US States, it’ll take 5-10  business days.

    Once your package hits the road, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is on its way! You’ll be able to keep an eye on your packages’ progress via the tracking link provided.

    While it doesn’t happen often, it is possible that part of your order will need to be shipped separately in the occasion that an item is not available to ship or coming from a different warehouse.

    Not to worry though, Paw Prize will send you an email as soon as the rest of your order’s tracking info becomes available. Orders with split-shipping will typically arrive within a few days of each other.
